Job summary

LS Bilodeau inc. in Saint-Éphrem-de-Beauce and Neuville, Canada, seeks a skilled welder to join our production team. You will perform precision welding on gauge-16-and-under sheet metal in steel and stainless steel, using TIG and MIG per plans.

We offer a daytime full-time schedule, $22–$36 per hour, summer Friday afternoons off, and gear provided including boots and welding equipment. No diploma is required—your skill and precision count.

• TIG and MIG welding proficiency (flux-core is a plus).
• Autonomy, resourcefulness and attention to detail.

Full-time Daytime Permanent
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am to 5pm
Friday: 7:30am to 12pm

Summer Friday afternoons off!

$22 to $36 per hour, based on skills and experience.

• Work clothes provided, including a pair of boots every year
• Welding and polishing equipment provided
• Height-adjustable welding table for an ergonomic setup

Reporting to the production team, you perform precision welding on gauge-16-and-under sheet metal, in steel and stainless steel.

Your day-to-day tasks:

• TIG and MIG welding according to plans
• MIG flux-core (FCAW) welding as needed
• Working thin sheet metal with precision and attention to detail
• Reading plans, preparing and fitting parts before welding
• Visually inspecting welds and making corrections

What we're looking for:

TIG and/or MIG proficiency (flux-core, an asset). Autonomy, resourcefulness and attention to detail. Your own basic tool set.

No diploma required. Your skill and precision are what count!
