Job summary

Superior Farms is hiring a full-time Assembler for our Minnedosa, MB facility. The role involves assembling mechanical components, following specifications, and ensuring quality through inspection.

Welding experience is considered an asset but not required; candidates should be able to read instructions, work independently, and contribute to a team. Benefits include life and disability insurance; apply by Sept 30, 2026.

Qualifications

• Grade XII education; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions carefully.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inspection.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components into finished products using a variety of tools according to specifications.
• Welding experience is an asset but not required.
• Complete work orders, man-hour cards, QA forms and inventory forms accurately.
• Inspect assembled parts and finished products for quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
