Job summary

Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG is seeking an Operator Level I in Ontario, Canada. You will follow standard work instructions, operate machines, set up tools, perform changeovers, and ensure quality and productivity in a climate-controlled production area.

Qualifications

• Education: Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Operator Level I or similar manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard work instructions and collect, record, and enter data as required.
• Operate machines and perform changeover activities within the defined area.
• Set up, calibrate and maintain tools and equipment used for work.
• Complete changeover documentation and first piece paperwork.
• Perform operator TPM and troubleshoot production/process issues.
• Ensure quality and quantity of output and read production prints.
• Train other operators as needed.
