Job summary

VTR Feeder Solutions is hiring a CNC Setup Operator for its Grimsby, ON facility. The role involves setting up and operating a 5-axis Matsuura mill with Fanuc control, interpreting blueprints, and performing quality inspections.

You will work with the Manufacturing Team Lead to ensure tooling and materials are available and adhere to safety protocols. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of CNC milling experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a team-based

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating a CNC Mill.
• Fanuc control experience preferred.
• Must have own tools and toolbox.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a CNC mill with Fanuc control.
• Accurately interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Set up parts and tools; measure parts.
• Perform inspections and quality checks on completed parts.
• Communicate with Team Lead and Manufacturing Admin to ensure tooling and materials.
