Job summary

XTM Group is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Value Engineer to drive AI-enabled localization for enterprise clients. You will own the entire lifecycle of AI capabilities—from PoCs to deployment and continuous optimization—on the front lines with large brands.

This role blends deep AI expertise with a strategic, consultative approach to deliver measurable ROI. You will design AI workflows, integrate with CMS systems via APIs, and collaborate with Product/R&D to translate field feedback into product

Qualifications

• Deep AI literacy and experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and NMT.
• Ability to design and validate AI-driven localization workflows for large enterprises.
• Strong consultative skills to articulate ROI and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own PoCs: design, build, and validate AI-driven localization workflows during pre-sales.
• Lead onboarding and deployment of AI features via APIs with clients' CMS and data pipelines.
• Map baseline metrics with clients to align AI capabilities with business goals.
