• When casting is received from the wash-out area, checks if all shell material has been removed.
• Identifies the router card the aluminum tag and the melt number.
• Visually inspects parts for damage, cold shuts, cracks, inclusions, etc.
• Uses boroscope and cleaning tools to clean flashing, core material and small shell in all areas.
• Performs other duties as required.

• Respects the Environment, Health & Safety programs of the company.
