Job summary

The University of Saskatchewan on the Regina Campus seeks a Pre-Clerkship Coordinator to oversee administration of the pre-clerkship program within the College of Medicine. You will coordinate curriculum delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure accreditation standards are met.

Reporting to senior UGME leadership, you will support students, faculty, and external partners, track progress, prepare reports, and facilitate recruitment and faculty development.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field is required; health care, administration, or education backgrounds are considered.
• Experience in institutional settings and working with diverse stakeholders is preferred.
• Experience with curriculum delivery and academic program administration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of the Pre-clerkship program on the Regina Campus.
• Coordinate curriculum delivery, faculty involvement, and student processes.
• Track recruitment needs, student movements, and program metrics.
• Collaborate with UGME, AHS Regina, and CoM leadership to ensure compliance and continuity.
