Job summary

TC Energy in Canada is seeking a Pipeline Manager to lead the Mainline Prairies Pipeline Operations team, overseeing safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance across Regina or Swift Current locations. The role reports to the Senior Operations Manager for the Mainline Prairies and Northern Ontario region.

You will manage resources, foster continuous improvement, mentor staff, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure efficient planning and execution while supporting a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary education.
• 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Leadership experience in health, safety and environment, change management and team development.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to continuously improve safety, cost control, reliability and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with federal, provincial and local regulatory requirements.
• Understand and manage facility risks, reliability and performance.
• Manage resources including people, finances, materials and time for planning and execution.
• Develop and foster an environment enabling continuous improvement and operational excellence.
