Qualifications

• 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare or veterinary services.
• Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Financial acumen and comfort with digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Dayforce).
• A passion for client service and team development.
• Diploma or degree in business administration or related field preferred.
