Job summary

VetStrategy in Pembroke, Ontario, is seeking a Practice Manager to lead clinical and support teams across one or more clinics within our network. The role focuses on operational excellence, team development, and delivering compassionate veterinary care to pets and their families.

You will manage daily operations, budgets, scheduling, and community outreach while ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare or veterinary services.
• Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Financial acumen and comfort with digital tools (Microsoft Office, Dayforce).
• A passion for client service and team development.
• Diploma or degree in business administration or related field preferred.
