  • Finances are a big part of any business, the ideal candidate will have an understanding of forecasts, budgets, and P&L to achieve the objectives of the year
  • Last but not least, we want a fast learner, a critical thinker capable of turning data into knowledge with experience managing dental KPI’s.

What would you be accountable for?

  • Achieve the annual revenue budget
  • Re-activate our current patient base that have unscheduled hygiene
  • Support ongoing management of pre-booking appts.
  • Manage and maintain a staffing strategy that manages staff efficiency
  • Manage and maintain a dental supply strategy by working with your team and external vendor.
  • Increase our customer satisfaction and constantly measure our KPI’s
  • Performance management with an open communication policy
  • You will be accountable for being creative, from conflict resolution to new initiatives creativity is a plus, we want to hear your ideas.

In terms of qualifications?

  • Not going to lie this is a challenging role, so you will need to have 3 to 5 years of experience leading a team
  • The dental field is highly regulated environment, so we are looking for someone with experience managing a dental or medical office .
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related area.
