Stellantis in Windsor, ON is seeking a Propulsion Controls Software Engineer to develop embedded software for propulsion systems, including engine and hybrid controllers, in a fast-paced automotive setting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field, five or more years of automotive embedded software experience, proficiency in C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow, AUTOSAR Classic, and CAN, along with strong debugging skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, modify, and integrate prototype embedded control software for engine controllers and hybrid/electrified propulsion supervisory controllers.
• Translate control concepts and experimental algorithms into executable embedded software.
• Utilize hand-coded C/C++ and model-based MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow development.
• Work within an AUTOSAR-based embedded architecture and utilize tools like Vector DaVinci and ETAS ISOLAR.
• Integrate CAN communication interfaces and troubleshoot BSW/foundation software.
• Support software validation in MIL, HIL, dyno, and vehicle environments.

Key Responsibilities

• 8 years of experience in automotive embedded controls and software.

• Hands‑on experience with AUTOSAR BSW/foundation software.
