Job Description : Our client is seeking a PowerBuilder Technical Lead (IDE, OLE) in Regina, Saskatchewan for a part-time position.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an IT technical diploma with IT sector experience.
• Experience as a Senior PowerBuilder Technical Lead.
• Experience with PowerBuilder IDE 2022+.
• Experience leading, planning, and performing PowerBuilder software version upgrades.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• Experience with PowerBuilder IDE 2022+ and OLE, PFC, Superclass.
• Experience as a Lead PowerBuilder Developer including estimating, planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, and project implementation (please specify project size and role).
• Experience with Oracle Databases (versions 9, 11, 12, 19).
• Experience with Quality Assurance methods and processes.
• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Visual Source Safe, SVN, StarTeam, Git).
• Experience creating technical documentation and operation guides.
• Experience with application support and Incident Management.
• Asset: experience with HTML, Java, .NET Framework/Core, MySQL, PL/SQL, MS Azure, API Web Services, OAUTH, SAML.
