Job summary

Techtronic Industries Canada Inc. is seeking a Service Technician for Milwaukee Tool at our Edmonton Factory Service Center. The role involves repairing portable power tools, diagnosing failures, and following a standardized repair process in a fast-paced environment.

You will log and assess tools, repair to specification, and support multiple departments while aiming to meet productivity targets. On-the-job training is provided, with a competitive base salary and Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude with repair experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent organization and communication.
• Team-oriented and able to work independently.
• Overtime can be expected during busy times.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service to our customers.
• Log tools in, assess, and repair tools.
• Follow standardized repair process.
• Prioritize in-branch repairs.
• Conduct warranty assessments and instant tool replacements.
• Meet productivity targets.
• Provide support to different departments and roles.
• Continuously develop and maintain product knowledge.
• Other duties as required.
