Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking an Aftermarket Sales Representative – Power & Energy in Canada. You will manage dealer relationships and market products and services, developing dealer sales capability to support Canadian and Northwestern US industrial dealers.

You will partner with dealer teams, drive growth actions, analyze data, and report on key metrics while coordinating with internal teams to ensure strong customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with dealers’ Sales Managers to influence sales force effectiveness.
• Lead regular sales meetings and implement growth actions.
• Drive growth metrics with dealers including CVA and PSE values.
• Develop local action plans using data analytics to recover lost sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and maintain relationships.
• Track opportunities, participation and close rates; report VOC/VOD.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and regulations.
• Act within business processes for variance programs and actions.
