Irving Oil Ltd. seeks a Project Controls Student to join the Project Execution Team in Saint John, NB. You will contribute to data management, reporting, and continuous improvement across engineering projects.

You will gain hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and related tools while supporting lifecycle data and project dashboards. A collaborative, growth-focused environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Must have completed at least one year of post-secondary education and be returning to school.
• Interest in software design and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Support Power BI dashboard development and data visualization for project reporting.
• Assist with data management tasks using Microsoft Suite tools.
• Contribute to process improvement by analyzing workflows and project data.
