Job Description: Power BI Developer (Remote, Canada)

NTT DATA is seeking a Power BI Developer to join our team remotely in Canada. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for analyzing business problems to deliver BI solutions, maintaining knowledge of enterprise data assets, and developing reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

1. Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI.
2. Create Analysis Services reporting models.
3. Write complex DAX functions and perform data transformations in Power BI Query Editor.
4. Design visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards.
5. Connect, import, and transform data for business intelligence.
6. Translate data into informative reports and visuals.
7. Implement row-level security and understand application security models in Power BI.
8. Develop tabular and multidimensional models compatible with data warehouse standards.
9. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Required Skills

1. 6+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer.
2. 2+ years in data-specific roles.
3. Strong understanding of data models and row-level security in Power BI.
4. Experience embedding Power BI into applications.
5. Knowledge of Microsoft BI Stack and data analytics.
