Job summary

Nature Fresh Farms seeks a Power BI Developer for our Leamington, ON facility. You will own and optimize a comprehensive suite of reports, datasets, and dashboards, guiding business units on data use and governance.

Collaboration with ERP/DevOps teams will enhance data pipelines and security across enterprise BI environments. You will leverage 4+ years of Power BI experience, strong DAX/Power Query, and solid SQL knowledge to deliver actionable insights while aligning with our sustainability and

Qualifications

• 4+ years building reports and datasets in Power BI.
• Strong hands-on DAX and Power Query (M) skills.
• Solid data modeling concepts: star schemas, relationships, semantic models.
• Experience with ERP data sources (financials, operations, supply chain).
• Ability to work with DevOps or Data Engineering teams.
• Hands-on or interest in Microsoft Fabric.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong analytical mindset with clarity, accuracy and usability.
• Experience in enterprise BI environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain an inventory of Power BI reports, datasets and dashboards.
• Analyze BI assets to identify overlap, redundancy and gaps.
• Document what each report does, its audience and data sources.
• Define and enforce Power BI standards and governance with IT leadership.
• Ensure reports are clear, concise, actionable and aligned to business needs.
• Understand where data is sourced (ERP, ops, DevOps, external data).
• Guide Business Units on data modeling and data usage in Power BI.
• Serve as a data translation layer between business users and tech teams.
• Partner with ERP and DevOps to design and maintain datasets.
• Improve data pipelines and refresh performance; ensure data integrity.
• Create and review core enterprise reports and certified datasets.
• Support BI reports for accuracy, performance and security governance.
