Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada Operating Co in Mississauga, Ontario, is hiring a data analytics professional for an 18-month temporary hybrid role in the GTA, working 3 days per week. You will build Power BI dashboards and deliver insights to clients and leadership.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in analytics, advanced Power BI/Excel skills, and strong communication and presentation abilities; experience with Nielsen/Circana/IRI and SQL is preferred.

• Analyze POS, retail, shipment, and syndicated data to identify trends and business opportunities


• Develop Power BI dashboards, scorecards, reports, and visualizations that support data-driven decision making


• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients, leadership, and internal stakeholders


• Ensure data integrity while supporting client reporting strategies, business reviews, and process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting


• Advanced Power BI and Excel skills, including data modeling, visualization, and dashboard development


• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and organizational skills with the ability to translate data into business insights

Preferred Qualifications

• CPG industry background preferred


• Proficiency with syndicated data sources (Nielsen, Circana/IRI, Kantar), retailer portals, and SQL


• Power BI PL-300 certification and strong client presentation skills
