CountyLine is expanding its sales team and seeks a motivated professional to design and present equipment packages for poultry farmers across Ontario, with travel to customer sites and optional remote work.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, works with minimal supervision, is detail oriented, and brings knowledge of the poultry industry and equipment. Base salary plus commissions, company vehicle, group benefits, RRSP are provided, with a start target in November 2026.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are critical.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Detail oriented.
• Knowledge of poultry industry is a must.
• Knowledge of poultry equipment is an asset; training provided as needed.

Responsabilités

• Designing & presentation of equipment packages tailored to the farmers needs.
• Establishing sales contracts with customers.
• Working with other team members on drawings / layouts, equipment purchases and invoices.
• General communication and oversight of contractors and other trades to establish project timelines, working with project coordinator to ensure they are met.
• Project follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attending tradeshows as necessary.
• Potential for working remotely as well as out of our Listowel or Hickson offices.
• Travelling to customer and job sites.

Job Type: Full Time With Flexible Hours

Job Location: Territory to cover will be in Ontario, exact locations to be discussed with applicant.

We are looking to add a member to our sales team! This unique opportunity would be suitable for someone with passion for the poultry industry (broilers, breeders, layers, turkeys) and who enjoys working with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing & presentation of equipment packages tailored to the farmers needs
• Establishing sales contracts with customers
• Working with other team members on drawings / layouts, equipment purchases and invoices
• General communication and oversight of contractors and other trades to establish project timelines, working with project coordinator to ensure they are met
• Project follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Attending tradeshows as necessary
• Potential for working remotely as well as out of our Listowel or Hickson offices
• Travelling to customer and job sites

Preference to candidates in the Huron County Area.

Wage Range: $63,000 – 110,000

Compensation:

Base salary + commissions, vehicle, group benefits, RRSP package.
