Job summary

• Trains employees and provides on-going coaching and instructions.
• Assists with completing performance reviews of Post Office cashier staff with FSM.
• Delivers exceptional customer service beyond expectations.
• Maintains proper image according to Uniform Policy.
• Ensures loss prevention procedures are followed and parcel checks are conducted.
