Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart in Calgary, AB is seeking a friendly customer service associate to provide prompt service at the retail postal outlet and maintain a neat checkout area.

You will greet customers, handle cash and coupons, scan items, and participate in merchandising, loss prevention and compliance with policies. A positive attitude and attention to detail are essential.

• Merchandises and maintains designated areas (i.e. facing, signing, labeling, etc).
• Ensures loss prevention Standards are followed.
• Controls cash, lottery, and stamp inventory.
• Presents proper image to the public in accordance with Uniform Policy and Dress Code Guidelines.
• Complies with all health and safety regulations.
• Complies with all store policies and procedures.
• Ensures the standards of housekeeping and image are maintained.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Ensures proper documentation completed with respect to customers receipt and return of goods
• Merchandises and maintains designated areas (i.e. facing, signing, labeling, etc)

Loss Prevention

• Ensures loss prevention Standards are followed
• Controls cash, lottery, and stamp inventory

General

• Presents proper image to the public in accordance with Uniform Policy and Dress Code Guidelines
• Complies with all health and safety regulations
• Complies with all store policies and procedures
• Ensures the standards of housekeeping and image are maintained
