Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart in Winnipeg is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to provide prompt, friendly service at the retail postal outlet. You will greet customers, assist with products, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

You will maintain a neat register area, handle cash and loyalty transactions, and support merchandising and store policies while delivering a positive community-focused experience.

Responsibilities

• Asks for customer’s PC Optimum Card during each transaction.
• Merchandises and maintains designated areas (i.e. facing, signing, labeling, etc).
• Ensures loss prevention Standards are followed.
• Controls cash, lottery, and stamp inventory.
• Presents proper image to the public in accordance with Uniform Policy and Dress Code Guidelines.
• Complies with all health and safety regulations.
• Complies with all store policies and procedures.
• Ensures the standards of housekeeping and image are maintained.
• Perform other duties as required.

GENERAL

• Presents proper image to the public in accordance with Uniform Policy and Dress Code Guidelines
• Complies with all health and safety regulations
• Complies with all store policies and procedures
• Ensures the standards of housekeeping and image are maintained
• Perform other duties as required
