Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Canada seeks a hands-on Support Specialist to handle hardware terminals and e-commerce software calls, plus email inquiries from internal and external sources.

You will respond to merchants, assist with terminal software and hardware launches, and manage technical escalations using your POS experience and strong customer interaction skills. Bilingual French preferred to support a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Point Of Sale experience.
• Bilingual French preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Minimum two years of customer interaction or customer support experience strongly preferred, either by phone or face to face.
• Proficiency with basic computer functions including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Answer externals calls from merchants calling with e-commerce inquiries and also internal calls
• Respond to email inquiries from internal and external partners
• Assist with special projects such as terminal software and hardware launches
• Manage and complete technical escalations
