Job summary

• Bilingual French (must) and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer external calls from merchants with e-commerce inquiries and internal calls.
• Respond to email inquiries from internal and external partners.
• Assist with special projects such as terminal software and hardware launches.
• Manage and complete technical escalations.
