Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CRE experience across asset and property management, acquisitions and leasing.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate property management activities, contractors, and life safety/compliance matters.
• Lead strategic asset planning, budgeting, cash flow analysis, and performance reviews for the portfolio.
• Support energy management, sustainability initiatives, and ESG targets within the portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Leasing, Development, Technical Services and Property Accounting to maximize NOI and NAV.
