Job summary

Allied is seeking a Manager, Portfolio Operations to oversee performance and strategic planning across a portfolio of commercial real estate assets in Canada’s major cities. You will drive operational excellence, support cross‑functional teams, and advance initiatives that enhance asset value and user experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant commercial real estate industry experience in multiple disciplines including asset management, property management, acquisitions and leasing.
• Highly developed written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence across property operations and asset planning.
• Oversee portfolio operations, asset planning, risk mitigation and user experience improvement.
• Coordinate with Technical Services, Security, Leasing and Development teams to execute asset plans and capital projects.
• Provide strategic portfolio planning, including Asset Plans and Annual Property Budgets, and evaluate value-creating opportunities.
• Monitor financial and non-financial metrics and drive performance to maximize NOI and NAV.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and respond to incidents as needed.
