Job summary

CC&L Financial Group in Vancouver is seeking an Intern for the Institutional Portfolio Operations Team for an 8-month term (Jan–Aug 2027). You will serve as the key provider of accurate investment portfolio data and support processing of subscriptions, redemptions, and AUM reporting across CC&L's institutional clients.

Ideal candidates are in their 3rd/4th year of undergraduate studies in business/finance with a strong interest in investments, plus hands-on Excel VBA and data reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Third/fourth year undergraduate degree in business administration, commerce, finance or related field.
• Genuine interest in the investment industry.
• Ability to articulate clearly, both written and verbal.
• Team-oriented with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process client subscription and redemption instructions daily.
• Calculate management fees for institutional clients monthly and quarterly.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly AUM reports for multiple teams.
• Assist in automation and efficiency projects for IPO services.
• Communicate portfolio information securely across CC&L affiliates.
