We are seeking a dynamic and thorough Portfolio Manager to join our team! Responsibilities
- Portfolio/Project Management:
- Oversee and manage internal project portfolio, ensuring alignment with team goals.
- Support scoping, planning, and quarterly roadmapping of initiatives.
- Monitor progress, budgets, timelines, and deliverables; provide updates to leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Process Improvement:
- Support internal processes from estimation to closure.
- Identify areas for enhancement and support implementation of standard methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve processes.
- Develop and track process improvement plans, measuring impact.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as primary contact for portfolio inquiries and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews with partners for transparency and alignment.
- Lead project teams and foster collaboration.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Portfolio, Project Management, or Process Improvement.
- Experience leading agile initiatives; PMP and SAFe certifications are assets.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Office.
- Proven track record as a Portfolio Manager or similar role managing multiple projects.

Additional Details
Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)
Salary Range: $94,220 - $174,980 CAD, with local adjustments based on market conditions.
