• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm
• Requirements: Food service experience preferred
• Pay Range: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Job Summary

The Porter maintains cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house, including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensure tables are bussed, cleared, cleaned, and floors are maintained during service.
2. Transport dishes and utensils safely using trays, bus tubs, or carts.
3. Wash dishes, glasses, and pots; clean cooking stations and equipment.
4. Ensure all items are cleaned and sanitized properly.
5. Keep display equipment clean and safe during meal service.
6. Assist with receiving deliveries and transporting supplies.
7. Follow safety and sanitation standards, including HACCP standards.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
9. Follow all safety policies, including the use of protective gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
