A Banquet Porter is responsible for setting up meeting rooms and ensuring all working areas are kept clean and tidy to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working in all areas of Food and Beverage.

What will I be doing?

As a Banquet Porter, you will set up meeting rooms and maintain cleanliness in all working areas to ensure guest satisfaction. You will also work across Food and Beverage areas, including:

• Setting up meeting and event rooms
• Ensuring compliance with brand standards
• Knowing menu content, changes, and promotions
• Keeping Conference and Banqueting areas clean
• Serving refreshment breaks on time
• Working in Food and Beverage areas such as Bar, Restaurant, Room Service, and Conference and Events
• Welcoming guests politely and friendly
• Following cash handling procedures, if applicable
• Managing guest queries efficiently
• Complying with security, fire, health and safety, and licensing laws
• Being environmentally conscious

The ideal candidate will be committed to high customer service standards, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in Conference and Banquet services or hospitality industry
