Job summary

Paladin Security is hiring a Port Security Officer for the DP World, Main Terminal in Saint John, NB. The role requires patrolling, access control, incident reporting, and adhering to Marine Transportation Security Regulations.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Must have an R2 Clearance.
• Living in Canada for at least 5 years.
• Class 5 driver's license.
• English (oral and written) fluency is a must.
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
• MOAB certification is required or can be obtained through Paladin's training.

Responsibilities

• Patrol Grounds and secure access points to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems, report incidents immediately.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain logbooks.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and assist staff as needed.
• Enforce client security policies and procedures.
