Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Whistler is seeking a Full-Time Pool Supervisor. You’ll help run pool, bar and server operations with a focus on exemplary guest experiences. The role blends service excellence with teamwork, safety, and operational integrity across the pool area.

The position requires leadership, beverage service experience, CPR/ServSafe-style credentials, and the ability to adapt to a 24/7 hotel schedule in a luxury mountain resort setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership and service experience required.
• Food and beverage background preferred.
• Certifications and a valid BC driver’s license are required or highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be able to execute tasks of Pool Attendant, Server and/or Bartender as needed.
• Follow service procedures and supervise quality and efficiency.
• Maintain water quality and operate pools; order supplies.
• Coordinate training with contractors and ensure health compliance.
• Maintain a safe poolside environment and liaise with other departments.
• Respond to hotel emergencies and support management as needed.

What you will do

• Be able to execute the tasks of a Pool Attendant, Server and/or Bartender as needed

• Followupon service procedures

• Supervise the consistency of quality and efficiency of food and service

• Work closely with Engineering tomaintainproper water quality and mechanical operation of the swimming andwhirl pools

• Order supplies and amenities to ensure the Poolside par level allow for smooth operation

• Coordinate personal training with outside contractors to guaranteea high levelof service and adequate availability

• Maintain the Poolside as a safe environment andin accordance withall health department regulations

• Oversee the cleanliness of the fitness area, pool deck, patioterraceand bartenders’ cabana area and coordinatespecial requirementswith Housekeeping, Laundry, Stewarding and Engineering

• Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation

• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff

• Maintain a friendly but unobtrusive manner with all guests

• Utilize all computer systems relevant to the departments

• Participate in regular staff meetings to keep employees informed of hotel policies and changes as well as ways to increase sales and service

• Maintain a log (Lotus Notes) withimportant informationto be passed onto management

• Ensure all equipment is kept in perfect working condition and reports any deficiencies to the proper department

What you bring

Schedule & Hours:
