Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler is hiring for the Braidwood Tavern role. Join a award-winning team delivering breakfast, lunch and dinner with warm, thoughtful service and attention to detail.
You will support servers, manage menu knowledge, and ensure cleanliness during busy shifts. The job offers hourly wages with gratuities, staff accommodation, and a focus on training and career growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in food and beverage in a restaurant or hotel.
- Solid knowledge of food and beverage products.
- Exceptional customer service with attention to detail.
- Outgoing personality and can-do attitude.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Must obtain Serving It Right certificate.
- Valid work authorization for Canada.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a seamless dining experience for guests during breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Assist the Server by delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, clearing tables, and resetting.
- Serve and clear all food & beverage items.
- Perform opening and closing side-work as assigned.
- Set tables according to standards.
- Know the menu and describe items to guests.
- Monitor overall restaurant cleanliness.

At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, our service team plays a vital role in creating thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. Braidwood Tavern is our restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Ensure a seamless dining experience for guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Support the Server by delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, clearing tables, and resetting.
- Serve and clear all food & beverage items.
- Complete opening and closing side-work as assigned.
- Set all tables according to standards.
- Have a thorough understanding of the menu and describe food items to guests.
- Monitor overall restaurant cleanliness.
- Previous experience in food and beverage, in a restaurant or hotel
- Solid knowledge of food and beverage products
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
- An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
- Strong command of the English language.
- Must be able to obtain a Serving It Right certificate.
- Valid work authorization for Canada
- Busy service periods requiring focus and attention to detail
- A schedule based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- A physically active role in a structured, team-orientated restaurant environment
- $20.65 to $21.90 per hour plus gratuities
