Job summary

Four Seasons Whistler is seeking a Full Time, Winter Seasonal Pool Server to start November 11. This role offers a chance to join a luxury resort renowned for exceptional service and a collaborative team culture, delivering guest experiences at the pool with attentiveness and professionalism.

Primary duties include assisting in service, maintaining pool area cleanliness, and supporting meal/beverage delivery.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of food service or related work.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Fluent English (written, spoken and reading).
• 'Serving It Right' certificate.
• Must have valid work authorization for Canada.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate guest satisfaction by supporting the Food Server in delivering food promptly and accurately from the kitchen to the pool.
• Ensure timely and precise delivery of food from the kitchen to guests.
• Assist in the discreet clearing, cleaning, and setup of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silver to uphold Four Seasons Standards and provide superior service by greeting guests warmly.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs, assess satisfaction levels, and promptly address any concerns or requests.
• Contribute to the stocking of linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; participate in preparing smaller items like toast, soup, or beverages.
• Foster a harmonious and professional working relationship with colleagues and supervisors.

• Fluent English (written, spoken and reading).
• 'Serving It Right' certificate.
• Strong commitment to service, and a great attitude!
• Must have valid work authorization for Canada.
