Four Seasons Whistler is seeking a Full Time Server Assistant to support the service team in a luxury resort setting. You will help the servers with setup, meal service, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.

Ideal candidates have prior food and beverage experience, excellent English communication, and a commitment to hospitality. The role includes evenings, weekends, and holidays with employee meal benefits and training opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum experience in food and beverage in a restaurant or hotel.
• Strong customer service with attention to detail.
• English language proficiency required; Serving It Right certificate required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure a seamless dining experience for guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Support the Server by delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, clearing tables, and resetting.
• Serve and clear all food & beverage items.
• Complete opening and closing side-work as assigned.
• Set all tables according to standards.
• Have a thorough understanding of the menu and describe food items to guests.
• Monitor overall restaurant cleanliness.

About the Role

At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, our service team plays a vital role in creating thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. Braidwood Tavern is our restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

As a Full Time Server Assistant, you support servers in the set up and execution of exceptional service within a collaborative environment that values precision, consistency and care. This role is suitable to someone who performs well in a fast-pace setting and is motivated to continue developing their skills within a luxury hospitality environment.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure a seamless dining experience for guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Support the Server by delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, clearing tables, and resetting.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in food and beverage, in a restaurant or hotel
• Solid knowledge of food and beverage products
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• Strong command of the English language.
• Must be able to obtain a Serving It Right certificate.
• Valid work authorization for Canada
