Job summary

SyBridge Technologies is seeking a skilled Polisher to support mold finishing operations by polishing tooling components to required surface finishes and tolerances. This role plays a critical part in ensuring molds meet quality standards and are ready for production.

The Polisher works closely with mold makers, machinists, and quality teams to achieve high-quality surface finishes and maintain production timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience polishing molds or precision tooling is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Polish mold components to required surface finish specifications.
• Use hand tools and polishing equipment to achieve desired finishes.
• Inspect surfaces to ensure quality standards are met.
• Work closely with mold makers and machinists to support mold completion.
