SyBridge Technologies is seeking a dependable AZ or DZ Driver to join our team. You will safely transport precision molds and tooling across Canada and the United States, and return home each night.

This role supports manufacturing operations and helps keep projects on schedule while upholding safety and exceptional service standards. The position requires a valid AZ or DZ CDL, a clean driving record, and willingness to cross the border.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid AZ or DZ CDL license and clean driving record.
• Cross-border travel and a valid passport for Canada–US routes.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with changing schedules.
• Experience safely transporting heavy loads.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport molds, tooling, and components between SyBridge facilities and customer locations.
• Pick up and deliver tooling while meeting scheduled delivery timelines.
• Load molds and tooling onto trailers using overhead cranes.
• Secure all loads according to Canadian and U.S. regulations and safety standards.
• Complete daily driver logs and required transportation documentation.
• Maintain communication with logistics and production teams about delivery schedules.
• Provide professional customer service during pickups and deliveries.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.

In this role, you'll safely transport precision molds and tooling between our facilities and customer locations throughout Canada and the United States. What You'll Do

As a Driver, you'll play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing operations by safely transporting molds, tooling, and precision components between SyBridge facilities and customer locations. You'll help ensure projects stay on schedule while representing SyBridge with professionalism and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Safely transport molds, tooling, and components between SyBridge facilities and customer locations
• Pick up and deliver tooling while meeting scheduled delivery timelines
• Load molds and tooling onto trailers using overhead cranes
• Secure all loads in accordance with Canadian and U.S. transportation regulations and safety standards
• Complete daily driver logs, trip reports, and required transportation documentation
• Maintain regular communication with logistics, operations, and production teams regarding delivery schedules
• Provide professional, courteous service while interacting with customers during pickups and deliveries
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptlyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company policies, transportation regulations, and safety procedures
• Support additional operational activities as required

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid CDL license (AZ or DZ license)
• Valid passport with the ability to cross the Canada–U.S. border
• Clean driving record
• Experience transporting heavy loads and securing cargo safely
• Experience operating or working around overhead cranes is considered an asset
• Strong understanding of transportation safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently while managing changing schedules and priorities
• Professional attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to adapt to varying work hours based on customer and operational requirements

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Ability to sit for extended periods while driving
• Ability to safely load, unload, inspect, and secure heavy tooling and equipment
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to travel throughout Canada and the United States, including regular border crossings
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when entering manufacturing facilities or customer sites
