Halton Region is seeking a PMO support specialist to assist the Project Management Office with digital initiatives and portfolio reporting. The role focuses on coordinating resource requirements, maintaining dashboards, and enforcing project management standards in a hybrid environment.
The ideal candidate has IT PMO experience, knowledge of Lean/Agile methodologies, and strong communication and analytical skills. Eligibility for hybrid work with 3 days in-office is provided.

Reporting to the Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) this position is responsible for providing support to the PMO team in managing the digital initiatives for Halton Region. The role will support efficient project execution by providing high-quality project management support and activities, including managing digital project portfolio reporting / system, project activities, coordination of resource (technical & business) requirements such as training assignments, testing schedules, as well as other project management related exercises.
Hybrid, minimum 3 days per week in office.
