Canada Life is seeking a PMO Financial Specialist to support project financial forecasting and reporting across Clarity and SAP within the TPMO. This permanent full-time role can be located in Winnipeg, Toronto, or London, with Canada Life offering a collaborative environment and cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in finance or related field.
• 2+ years in finance and/or accounting.
• Experience working with project managers and PMO teams.
• 2-4+ years with project managers, PMO, and technology teams.
• Hands-on with project portfolio management systems, preferably Clarity.
• Strong data modeling, requirements gathering, and reporting skills.
• Understanding of insurance/financial services industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand project financial processes from start to finish with Technology Finance.
• Facilitate monthly PM forecast reviews and ensure Clarity data reliability.
• Reconcile project spend between Clarity and SAP; identify variances.
• Develop solutions with Clarity team to simplify forecasting.
• Support bulk adjustments with Global Technology Finance; reduce needs for bulk edits.
• Create user guidelines and training to help onboarding for TPMO users.
