Job summary

A fast-growing pharmaceutical organization is seeking a Head of PMO to oversee project management and operational activities for new product launches and supplier transitions. The ideal candidate will have a university degree and at least 15 years of leadership experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong technical and interpersonal skills are essential. This role requires a strategic thinker who excels in managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in product launches within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong business acumen and multidisciplinary team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a competent team for NPL & ST.
• Provide strategic input and collaborate across leadership teams.
• Manage NPL and ST operations from signature to commercialization.
• Deliver NPL and ST projects on time and on budget.
• Implement tracking, reporting, budgets, and KPIs for projects.
• Prepare and present performance reports to leadership.
• Champion departmental culture aligned with corporate values.
• Lead, coach, and mentor direct reports.
