Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED is seeking a Project Management Officer Consultant to join our team and drive project execution across global engagements. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor activities, report risks, and support stakeholders, while ensuring a transparent flow of information among engineers and upper management.

Strong PM software skills and English fluency are essential. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in PM, experience with MS Project, Primavera P6, and Power BI, and preferably exposure to

• 3+ years of experience in project management activities.

What You'll Do

As a Project Management Officer Consultant at MIGSO-PCUBED, you're not just stepping into a role – you're becoming a driving force of innovation, collaboration, and transformation. As a valued member of our global team, you will:

• Be a co-pilot who provides value for operations to increase productivity, flexibility, and reactivity.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all project activities.
• Report issues and potential mitigation plans.
• Participate in the follow up meetings and support stakeholders during the project.
• Ensure a consistent and traceable information flow between program stakeholders from Engineer to upper management levels.
• Data reporting and Dashboard creation, regarding the project progress.

Who You Are

• 3+ years experience in Project Management Activities.
• Proficient in utilizing project management software such as Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively. Additionally, skilled in leveraging Power BI for data analysis and visualization to support decision-making and enhance project outcomes.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Passion for Project Management.
• Ideally, you have experience in the pharma, manufacturing or aerospace sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and a knack for solving problems before they arise.
