Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED is expanding its Toronto hub and seeks an experienced PMO Consultant (Aerospace). You will articulate objectives, develop strategies, manage schedules and budgets, and guide cross-functional teams to milestones.

The role requires leadership, risk mitigation, and cost control across aviation projects. Candidates should have a engineering or business degree, 5+ years in project scheduling/controls, and fluency with MS Office and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in project scheduling, controls, or management.
  • Experience in the aeronautics or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong initiative, results-oriented, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent project management (leadership), analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and scheduling tools like Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

At MIGSO-PCUBED, we have been specializing in project management consulting / PMO for 30 years. We support our customers with our expertise and versatility.

As part of the development of its Toronto hub, MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for PMO Consultants with experience in the aerospace sector.

As a PMO Consultant (Aerospace) you will:

  • Articulate program objectives, strategies, and their impact on business needs foraviation projects.
  • Develop and manage project strategies, timelines, and budgets.
  • Establish and present project schedules, profitability analyses, and guide cross-functional teams toward defined milestones.
  • Implement targets and control mechanisms to track performance, prepare status reports, and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Identify key project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate management levels when required.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Control program costs (labor, materials, and other direct costs) and support negotiations with suppliers and stakeholders.
Who are you?
  • University degree in Engineering (a plus) or Business Administration.
  • Experience in the aeronautics or manufacturing industry.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in project scheduling, controls, or management.
  • Strong initiative, results-oriented, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent project management (leadership), analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and scheduling tools like Primavera P6 (a plus).
