Job summary

Mircom Group of Companies is seeking an energetic PMA Sales Representative in Pointe Claire, QC. The role focuses on securing new PMA service opportunities, upselling service agreements, and maintaining relationships with building owners and property managers.

The ideal candidate has a proven B2B sales track record, is comfortable with cold calling, and travels for customer calls. Fluency in English and French, plus a valid driver’s licence, are required.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales with strong prospecting skills including telephone and in person cold calling.
• Must be fluent in English and French.
• Must possess a car and hold a valid driver’s licence.
• Post-secondary education (sales or technical degree/diploma).

Responsibilities

• Identify and obtain new sales for PMA service and inspections.
• Develop and upsell new and existing accounts by checking customers’ buying history and proactively contacting existing customers.
• Target new business opportunities using industry contacts and expertise.
• Establish relationships with building owners and property management companies through cold calling and field sales.
• Upsell and maintain service agreements with existing customers through a mix of outdoor field sales, phone sales and marketing.
• Develop innovative solutions using Mircom products to meet customer needs.
• Sell new service agreements on all company products and services.
• Meet directly with customers to establish needs and drive the sales process.
