You as a Plumber Will

• Install and maintain domestic plumbing fixtures and piping (sinks, showers, water closets, etc.).
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, patient care plumbing, and minor steam/condensate devices.
• Trace and rectify defects, replace pipes and fixtures, solder and caulk leaks, clear waste pipes, and thaw frozen lines.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure proper maintenance cycles, reporting to supervisors.
• Unplug and repair drainage systems, cut, bend, thread pipes, and solder fittings.
• Inspect and maintain medical gas outlets, fire suppression systems, and sprinkler lines.
• Source parts and maintain a clean, safe work environment following IPAC standards in healthcare settings.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and supplies.

Is this the right role for you?

• Valid Ontario Plumbing Certificate, 306A.
• Valid OWWA Backflow Prevention certification.
• 3-5 years of maintenance plumbing experience.
• Registered with Skilled Trades Ontario.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work at heights, lift up to 20kg, read schematics, and work safely with tools.
• Team player with healthcare facility experience preferred.
