CBRE Canada is seeking a licensed plumber to coordinate maintenance, repair and alteration of waste and water systems within assigned buildings in the Terrace area.
Requirements include Red Seal Plumbing Certification, 3–5 years of journeyman experience, and a valid driver’s license. The role involves on-call rotations, safety adherence, and collaboration with tenants to ensure reliable building operations.

The successful candidate will be required to attain and maintain a valid and active RCMP Enhanced Security Clearance (ERSC). Please note, a condition for attaining an Enhanced Reliability Security (ERS) clearance includes the condition that applicants must have lived in Canada a minimum of five years to apply for ERS.

This is a unionized role with the BCGEU governed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement. This is a 35 hour per week position and the rate of pay for this role is $43.79/hour. This position is eligible for participation in the Public Service Pension Plan and Extended Health and Dental benefits after 6 months of service.
