Job summary

Boardwalk is seeking an experienced plumber to maintain and service plumbing systems across our rental properties in Quebec, including Montreal. You will perform routine maintenance, install appliances, and respond to tenant requests to ensure safe, reliable water and waste systems.

Five years of plumbing experience and fluency in French are required; English is an asset. The role is full-time on-site, with competitive wages and benefits as part of Boardwalk's employee program.

Experience And Educational Requirements

• Five (5) years of experience in plumbing

Technical Requirements

• Working knowledge of French language both verbal and written
• Familiarity with computer / tablets is an asset

Non-Technical Requirements

• Good knowledge of techniques and practices in use in this line of work
• Capacity to work independently and perform tasks according to best practices and established procedures
• Capacity to evaluate and control work hazards and take necessary precautions.
• Knowledge of French both verbal and written
