Job summary

Boardwalk, a leading rental housing provider, seeks a licensed Journeyman Plumber to ensure health, comfort and safety for customers across our communities. You will plan, install and service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping and controls, including hydronic heating, and respond promptly to service calls.

This full-time role requires a valid Journeyman Plumbing Certificate, 3 years of residential/commercial experience, and a driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Plumbing Certificate.
• 3 years residential/commercial plumbing experience.
• Hydronic heating experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, install and service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment and controls.
• Size, install, test, adjust and service natural gas and propane equipment ranging from residential furnaces to industrial boilers.
• Maintain and repair existing plumbing.
• Respond to service calls in a timely and effective manner.
• Complete all required administration for the position on a tablet.
• Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our Customers.
• Maintain daily communication with Leader.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our Customers
• Ensure daily communication with Leader
• Respond to service calls in a timely and effective manner
• Plan, install and service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment and controls - These piping systems may be used to transport water, waste, gases or hot liquids
• Size, install, test, adjust and service natural gas and propane equipment ranging from residential furnaces to industrial boilers
• Maintain and repair existing plumbing
• Complete all required administration for the position on a tablet

Experience And Educational Requirements

• Valid Journeyman Plumbing Certificate
• 3 years residential / commercial experience
• Hydronic heating experience

Technical Requirements

• Working knowledge of English both verbal and written
• Valid Driver’s license required
• Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset
