Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Plumber role based in Edmonton, AB. The Plumber will install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures for residential and commercial clients, including pipes, water heaters, tankless units, and drainage systems. Daily tasks include diagnosing issues, performing maintenance and repairs, completing inspections and testing, and ensuring work meets local codes and safety standards. The Plumber will interact directly with customers, provide clear explanations of work performed, and prepare basic documentation such as service reports and material lists. Collaboration with team members and adherence to company procedures and scheduling are expected.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong skills in plumbing, including installation, diagnosis, and code-compliant repair of residential and commercial systems.
  • Candidates should have experience working with pipes and related fixtures, including cutting, fitting, soldering, and assembling different pipe materials.
  • Candidates should possess maintenance and repair skills, including routine servicing of water heaters, tankless systems, and drainage components.
  • Candidates should demonstrate maintenance & repair abilities focused on troubleshooting leaks, clogs, and system performance issues.
  • Candidates should have customer service skills, including clear communication, respectful interaction, and the ability to explain technical issues in accessible terms.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Journeyperson or equivalent plumbing certification, valid trade license for Alberta, and familiarity with local building codes.
  • Ability to work safely, use hand and power tools, read blueprints or technical drawings, and complete physical tasks such as lifting and working in confined spaces.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; previous experience in residential and commercial plumbing environments is an asset.
