Job summary

Electronic Arts in Vancouver is seeking a Player Experience (PX) Researcher to partner with development teams and shape the future of Apex Legends. You will uncover what players need and why they play, guiding product strategy and feature decisions.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Player Experience, you will synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, advocate for the player perspective across time zones, and help evolve research processes to boost impact.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading research projects end-to-end.
• 3+ years of user research across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with game teams to align research with franchise goals.
• Create insights that influence franchise direction across teams.
• Present player insights and recommended actions to leadership.
• Synthesize data into clear communication of needs, pain points, and opportunities.
• Refine departmental research processes to increase efficiency and impact.
